Overview

The All Product Reviews widget lets you showcase reviews from every product in your store in one place. It’s ideal for creating a dedicated Reviews page (a central hub for customer feedback) and for adding social proof to high-traffic areas like your homepage or landing pages.

Shoppers can browse recent feedback across your catalog, discover what customers are saying, and build confidence before buying.

If you’re creating a dedicated Reviews page, add it to your store’s main menu so shoppers can find it easily (Shopify Admin → Online Store → Navigation).

Where you can display the widget

You can place the All Product Reviews widget in multiple locations, depending on your theme setup:

  • A dedicated Reviews page (recommended for a full “wall of reviews” experience)
  • Homepage (great for instant trust)
  • Landing pages (useful for campaigns and product collections)
  • Any page that supports Shopify app blocks via the theme editor
App blocks are available in Shopify’s Online Store 2.0 themes. If you don’t see “Add block” options in the theme editor, your theme may not support app blocks.

Create a dedicated “All Reviews” page

Rivyo can automatically generate a new Shopify page that displays reviews from all products.

  1. In Shopify Admin, go to AppsRivyo Reviews & Loyalty.
  2. Go to ReviewsWidget Styling.
  3. Select All Product Review.

In the Create a Review Page section:

  1. Enter a clear Page Name (for example, All Reviews or Customer Reviews).
  2. Click Create Page.

Rivyo will generate a new page that displays reviews across your store.

  1. In Shopify Admin, go to Online StoreNavigation.
  2. Choose the menu where you want the link to appear (for example, Main menu or Footer menu).
  3. Click Add menu item, then select the page you just created.
  4. Click Save.

Display All Product Reviews using a Shopify app block

If you don’t need a dedicated page—or you want reviews in multiple places—you can add the All Product Reviews widget as an app block in your theme.

  1. In Shopify Admin, go to Online StoreThemes.
  2. Find your live theme, then click Customize.

Use the top dropdown (page selector) in the theme editor to switch to the template where you want the widget (for example, Home page or a specific page template).

  1. In the left sidebar, click Add section or Add block (depending on where you’re placing it).
  2. Select the Rivyo block named All Product Reviews.
  1. Drag the block to the position you want (for example, below your hero banner or above your footer).
  2. Click Save.
For best conversion impact on landing pages, place the widget near key decision points (below benefits/features and above the final call-to-action).

Customize the All Product Reviews layout

Layout options

  • Layout style

    Choose the overall layout of review cards (for example, a masonry-style grid).

  • Columns per row

    Control how many review cards appear in each row (common options: 2, 3, or 4 columns).

  • Reviews per page

    Set how many reviews display before pagination appears. Use fewer per page to keep pages fast and scannable.

  • Sort reviews by

    Choose the default order visitors see (for example, most recent first). This affects the first impression of your review feed.

If you want the page to feel “fresh,” choose a sort option that prioritizes newer reviews. If you want to highlight strong social proof, choose an option that surfaces your best-rated reviews first (if available in your widget settings).

Recommended settings (best practices)

  • Dedicated Reviews page: Use 3 or 4 columns on desktop and a comfortable number of reviews per page so visitors can browse without endless scrolling.
  • Homepage: Use fewer reviews per page and place the widget lower on the page to support—not replace—your main homepage message.
  • Landing pages: Place reviews close to the offer and keep the layout tight so the page stays focused.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm you’re using an Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks.
  • In the theme editor, make sure you’re adding a block in a section that allows blocks.
  • Try refreshing the theme editor after installing/updating the app.
  • Confirm your store has published reviews to display.
  • Check if your widget settings include filters or display rules that could hide reviews.
  • If you recently imported reviews, wait a moment and reload the page.
  • Reduce Columns per row (mobile-friendly layouts usually display 1–2 cards per row depending on theme behavior).
  • Try a different Layout style that stacks cards more naturally.
  • If your theme has tight padding, consider placing the widget inside a section with standard spacing.
