Understanding the Rivyo Dashboard
How to open the Dashboard
When you open Rivyo from your Shopify store, the Dashboard is the first page you see. It gives you a performance snapshot of your reviews, loyalty program, and referral program.
1. Open your Shopify store. Go to your Shopify dashboard.
2. Go to Apps. In the left sidebar, click Apps.
3. Open Rivyo. Click Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty.
The Dashboard loads automatically.
What you see on the Dashboard
Performance Overview
The top of the Dashboard shows a summary of activity for the last 30 days. You can change the date range using the date picker in the top-right corner of this section.
Metric What it means
Reviews Received Total number of reviews submitted to your store in the selected period.
Published Reviews that are live and visible to shoppers on your store.
Unpublished Reviews that have been received but are not yet live (pending your approval or auto-publish settings).
Emails Sent Number of review request emails sent to customers in the selected period.
Setup Guide
If you are new to Rivyo, a Setup Guide appears below the performance numbers. It walks you through three recommended first steps:
• Smart Email Alerts. Set up email notifications so you are notified when a new review comes in.
• Widget Personalization. Add the review widget to your store so reviews are visible to shoppers.
• Localize Reviews. Adjust language settings for your storefront.
Each step has a button that takes you directly to the relevant settings. You can dismiss the guide once you are done.
App navigation
The left sidebar of the app contains the main navigation sections:
• Reviews. Manage all your product and store reviews, Q&A, widgets, and email settings.
• Loyalty Program. Set up points and rewards for customers.
• Referral Program. Create a referral scheme for your store.
• Customers. View customer activity.
• Analytics. See detailed reporting.
• Pricing. View and manage your Rivyo plan.
• Settings. App-level configuration.
